Good Health

Feb 3, 2013

Good Health is everything to us, as without it life cannot be enjoyed to its fullest extent. To discover simple and effective ways to stay healthy and happy, we need to have a deeper understanding of the Natural Laws which govern our wellbeing.

The Ancient Traditional Eastern Approach with its simple and highly effective and profound understanding of the causes of disharmony on all levels, with its very practical pro-active Diagnostic techniques, cutting through confusion, and over reactive palliative responses, delivers the treatment required, based on the cause and not on the symptoms or ‘messengers’, enabling the Practitioner to help patients to focus on Prevention, reducing the possibility of a relapse.

Over thousands of years Chinese doctors were paid when their patient’s were in Good Health, (similar to our present day insurance schemes), and if they became ill, payments would cease until he cured them with Diet, Exercises – Tai Qi, Qi Kung, Herbal Medicine, Acupuncture, and Preventative Advice.

A clear understanding of our Constitutional energy – (the strength of which has to be determined by the practitioner to be able to give the correct treatment), and a clear understanding of our Energy obtained from food and air, combined with a deep knowledge of Blood, Essence, Body Fluids, and Spirit, creates a firm platform from which we can gain confidence. From these we can develop an even deeper awareness of the Physical, Energetic, Mental (emotions, thoughts and feelings), and the Spiritual aspects of ourselves.

We can reverse most of our health problems, slow down our Ageing Process, and heal ourselves on all levels, with the inspiring possibility of reaching Optimum Health.

More on Preventative Medicine to follow.
