In this final session, each participant will design a plan for their greater wellbeing, considering Nutrition, Lifestyle, Meditation, Yoga, Useful Acupressure points for acute conditions, Tai Qi and Qi Kung (Eastern Exercises) etc.

Keith has been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), i.e. Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, and Qi Kung for 33 years. He has lectured at several colleges in the UK.
Since 2002 Keith has been the Head of TCM at the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health, near Dublin.
